The view number that this block is associated with.

The view number that this block is associated with.
sequencing_fees: Vec1<BuilderFee<TYPES>>
The sequencing fee for submitting bundles.
vid_precompute: Option<VidPrecomputeData>
The Vid precompute for the block.
auction_result: Option<TYPES::AuctionResult>
The auction results for the block, if it was produced as the result of an auction
